This translation is provided for convenience; in case of any difference, the Romanian version prevails.
These terms set out the rules for using the jadedynasty.ro website, the Jade Dynasty game server and the related services (shop, Discord, apps).
1. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account, connecting to the game or using the website, you fully accept these rules. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the Jade Dynasty services.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and important changes are announced on the website or on Discord.
2. The game account
- To create an account you must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- The details entered at registration (especially the email address) must be real, as they are used to recover the account.
- The account is personal. Selling, renting or transferring it outside the official systems (for example the Character Market) is done at your own risk, and the team cannot intervene in such disputes.
3. Account security
You alone are responsible for keeping your password and storage code confidential. Our team will never ask you for your login details through in-game messages, on Discord or by email. Any action performed from your account is considered to have been done by you.
4. Rules of conduct
- Using hacks, bots, macros or any software that gives unauthorised advantages is forbidden. Violations lead to the permanent suspension of all accounts linked to the IP address or HWID.
- Exploiting bugs is forbidden. Any bugs you find must be reported through a support ticket.
- Offensive language, racism, threats, spam and advertising other servers are punished.
- Impersonating team members (GMs, administrators) or other players is forbidden.
- Trading in-game items or currency for real money outside the official shop is not recognised and not supported by the team.
5. Virtual goods
Dragon Coins (MD), Dragon Tokens (JD), in-game items and characters are virtual goods. They give you a right of use within the game, not a right of ownership, and cannot be exchanged back for real money.
6. Donations
Donations are used exclusively to maintain and develop the server. As digital goods delivered immediately, they are non-refundable, except as described in the Refund Policy.
7. Sanctions
Depending on the seriousness of the offence, the team may apply warnings, chat restrictions, or temporary or permanent account suspensions. Sanctions can be appealed through a support ticket within 14 days of being applied.
8. Service availability
We do our best to keep the server running continuously, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions. Maintenance, updates or technical problems may make the game temporarily unavailable, without giving any right to compensation.
9. Limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is". Jade Dynasty is not liable for losses caused by the user's negligence (compromised passwords, account sharing), by the actions of other players or by factors beyond our control.
10. Intellectual property
The name, logo, website design and materials published by the Jade Dynasty team may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
